I just want to take a minute to thank Kathy for everything she done for me. Although this was a fairly “easy” sale, she still went above and beyond to make my home in Corruna possible. Kathy took the time to explain other real estate properties and pricing, she met all my expectations in what I was looking for in a house. My real estate agent educated me on the neighbourhood I was buying into. She gave me extra info about my house that I wasn’t expecting her to know. She answered every one of my texts and calls in a timely manner and gave me a lot of her time during the day to meet with me. She was on time for every appointment. This was my first process at buying a house. I had to outbid other buyers. I got the houses because of my bid and was grateful for all the help Kathy gave me during the process. Kathy has a lot of years of experience in her job. I would definitely recommend Kathy to anyone looking for an agent.
