Kathy knows what she is doing!

Kathy was very helpful throughout the entire process - before, during and after listing/sale. She provided us with very timely and useful information as well as excellent 3rd party contacts for help with cleaning, selling/donating items etc. Kathy was both effective and efficient as we were able to prepare, list and sell the home in a much quicker time period than we initially expected and at a price that also exceeded our expectations. Kathy was always available when needed and great to work with as we felt she really understood our particular situation and requirements. Her many suggestions and recommendations regarding preparations/staging and listing price were spot on, ultimately resulting in a quick and very satisfactory sale - $50K over asking!
