<p>Kathy was basically available whenever I needed a question answered and always did her best to trouble shoot. She has an empathetic and knowledgeable sense about her that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. This was by far the easiest house sale I have ever participated in with regard to paper signing, legal etc. I would highly recommend her services.</p>

<p>Kathy was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my home and i would highly recommend her to any buyer or seller. I live in Calgary and trying to sell my home from across the country was very challenging. Kathy went above and beyond to help with tasks that I as the homeowner would normally do but was unable to like dealing with a vacating renter and giving a blunt assessment of the state of the property and what I could expect to get from a sale. She also helped with coordinating cleaning and garbage removal as well as picking up supplies required for renovations that I decided to complete leading up to the sale. She provided top level guidance throughout the process and advice on pricing, current market and required adjustments. in the end my home sold quickly and for more than I was expecting.</p>

We love Kathy. She was fantastic throughout our entire move from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we couldn’t be in NS to view our home; she was our eyes. She hit the ground running and did all the work to ensure the place was ready for us, including negotiating some details of our purchase. She went above and beyond for us and even picked up our groceries and filled our fridge so we could quarantine when we arrived. I cannot say enough good things about her! A phenomenal person and great agent!

Kathy turned my experience of selling my home into a fun adventure! She was by my side and had my back every step of the way. She truly IS the North End of Halifax and her life experience and background afford her a wealth of knowledge about this wonderful community. Her confidence was most reassuring and she was at my beck and call, literally. She and her family even happily dog sat my 2 dogs not only for showings, but even extended periods including my first pandemic hair appointment! Speaking of the pandemic, she successfully sold my house right in the midst of it after I had been surrounded by naysayers. I was on a timeline as I had a new job waiting for me in another part of the province, and she made a plan to get me where I needed to be with time to spare. Her strategy worked- my house went to a bidding war and we got higher than the asking price. It was a total success and in the process, I met a wonderful person and new friend. She truly works for her clients, and has best outcomes at heart at all times. She is honest, friendly, professional and has a very positive attitude. She absolutely went above and beyond, doing extras she didn’t need to do just to help me out. She is a registered nurse by background, so her interpersonal skills and caring personality are 100% genuine! I’m grateful for what she did for me, and to just have met her and gotten to know her.
