Katherine helped us sell our first place, which was a place we anticipated being rather difficult to sell. Being that we had not previously sold a home, everything was new to us! Katherine made the process easy with her knowledge and effective communication. She coordinated everything quickly and was very accommodating to our situation. She has intuitive selling insight and team work, managed to sell within days. Her honesty and hardworking manner make the reality world less intimidating for all of sellers and buyers.

Oh she is definitely the person you are looking for, professional and ethical, she takes the time to get to know You and your situation, she provides more information and insights than anyone else! I am working with her from another province, and she was super helpful and trustworthy! She took the time to clean the place because I was not available, and she arranged everything for me, like 👍 professional photographer, annd even picking up the keys from my previous agent! I am so confident to let her handle everything for me like a personal friend, I just like the feeling she cares about me! Compare to another agent I worked with is like heaven and hell. Immediately you know you are in luck! She is the agent you wish you knew from the beginning, don’t waste your time and feeling hopeless and helpless, there is a much better choice if you know what I mean! Three months of frustration and confusion all comes an end when I start talking to Katherine, by the way she also knows my language, that is a plus for me! This is the 3rd time that I or a family member have used Katherine for our real-estate needs (2 sales & 1 purchase). Each time was very satisfying & gave better results than expected. But this last transaction, a sale, was EXCEPTIONAL...a real estate transaction that was actually FUN! We had a wonderful, smooth experience with many laughs, lots of good advise, and a stress-free experience in part due to my circumstances but in larger part due to Katherine's confidence & willingness to allow me a strong voice in how I wanted my sale to be handled. Whether my suggestions were used or not, I felt involved, respected and treated as a valued "customer". I honestly just can't recommend Katherine Kwan enough! If I'm pressed to find Room-For-Improvement, my warning would be that she can get very busy. Katherine will treat all of her clients equally, and sometimes there's only so many hours in the day, right? A suggestion: If you choose this delightful lady as your realtor, patience will take things a lot further, faster, and with less stress for everyone involved with this 5 Star realtor!
