Katherine is an extremely experienced real estate professional. She is friendly and a great communicator. What I really appreciated about Katherine was her eye for detail. Often when buyers view new homes, they only see the positives of the property that they are viewing. Katherine is not afraid to point out the negative characteristics of a property that may affect your short term or long-term investment. Katherine does not pressure a buyer into making decisions and I have no issues recommending her as your realtor of choice when searching for your forever home.
