My experience working with Karth was as follow: he provided me with information about the market, neighborhood and adviced me on where to buy and the best property for me. He always acted in my best interest which made it easier to trust considering I was a buyer from another province. If he didn't think a property was worthy of putting on offer on he would offer me his honest opinion. I have already referred him to family and friends.
