My wife and I found Karssen through my father, who had sent her an email with questions and received a phone call within minutes to answer all of his questions. She was so knowledgeable about the market and always goes into depth on every property we saw. We saw many properties and she was so patient with us during our search, being super reliable and always on time. She helped us greatly during negotiations and closing on our new home. She truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend her services!

If I could summarize our experience in one word, it would be seamless. As first time home buyers, Karssen's communication and consistency is top notch. We always felt taken care of, no matter the types of questions we had. If she wasn't sure, she was quick to find an answer. On top of being knowledgeable, she always ensured we were taking the right steps for us. Karssen is so personable, it adds to the positive experience of buying our first home! Karssen was an absolutely phenomenal realtor to work with. We had a very tight timeline and she made sure to do everything to promote our home. She absolutely went above and beyond for us and because of her wonderful work we got an offer for asking on the first day the home was listed. This took a considerable amount of stress off of us and I’m forever grateful. Karssen’s communication is next to none. She answered all of our questions (even when they were stupid questions haha) in a very timely manor and without judgement. She’s personable, kind and was so lovely to work with.
