Karson helped my brother purchase a condo suite a few years ago and when it came time for my sister and I to purchase our own property, my brother recommended Karson because he had a really great experience working with him. There were a few key factors in our reasons for working with Karson over other agents. First, we were first time home buyers. My brother knows that I am very risk averse and I ask a lot of questions before making a decision. So he tends not to provide me with any recommendations unless he is 100% sure that I will not complain to him about his referrals. So I was pretty confident in his recommendation before I even started working with Karson. Upon my very first meeting with Karson, I already knew that we made the right choice in asking him to take us on as clients. He came fully prepared, and knowing that this was our first home purchase, he explained market trends, asked us about our expectations, reviewed every single aspect of the home buying process, discussed costs so that we knew what to expect down the road…it was an incredible presentation. I still have the notes that I took during our initial meeting and upon discussing my experience with my acquaintances, I realized how rare it was for a realtor to spend this much time to provide a run-down of the entire process. The same can be said about viewing properties, and the thorough overview of property values that took place before we wrote offers. When we went to view properties that we were interested in, what I noticed immediately was that there were times when Karson knew more about the property being sold than the seller’s agent. He had done his research. Which also meant that when it came time to write offers, he was able to guide us into writing offers that we were comfortable with, but were also fair offers in terms of where the property was located, and other factors regarding the unit. While working with Karson, the sense that we got the longer we worked with him was that he really had our best interests at heart. We have shared our experience with friends and acquaintances and some of them have already asked that we provide them with his contact information since they plan on purchasing a home in the future. It was a pleasure working with Karson and should there come a time when we need to work with a realtor again, we would definitely reach out to him again. I hope that he will still be able to take us on as clients!

What makes him unique is his personality. He is reliable, patient and most importantly, kind. His kindness help him retain clients and succeed in the long-term. There are many times Karson goes above and beyond to help us. He puts his clients' interests first and will make sure his clients get the better deal. He helped me negotiate a better term on the Sales Contract which was tremendously more convenient for me down the road. He has enough experience to foresee what could happen. He is great with time management and therefore, even though he's very busy, he makes sure to always be there when we need help or have any questions, even after the deal is closed. My realtor , Karson, has display many qualities that I liked. He had answered all my questions regarding the real-estate market: trends, pricing in near-by neighborhoods, rental prices, many more.He was always punctual. He had answer my many phone calls any time of day (once even @ 11:pm). I find most impressive was the 3-D virtual tour of my place.
