Paul and Karrie were amazing, bar none the best realtors in Penticton. Buying my home was from them was a great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We chose Karrie to help us find our dream home during the COVID-19 pandemic after sending a few potential candidates a questionnaire of their experience in Penticton's real estate. We were moving from out of town into a hot market where properties were selling fast. Karrie was outstanding in keeping us updated on current conditions when we couldn't always be there ourselves. Karrie would walk us through each property using video conferencing and helped us pick out properties that could work for us. When we found the right property, Karrie walked us through professionally all the steps into getting a competitive bid that fit within our boundaries. We were all learning how to work within the pandemic and Penticton's hot market, so after each bid that wasn't successful, as a team, we revised our approach until we got the house we wanted (on our third offer). Throughout this process, Karrie and her team were very professional and went beyond what she had to get us the property of our dreams.

As a middle aged woman, moving to a new area on my own, I wanted a trust-worthy female realtor. I checked with a friend's daughter living in Kelowna, who put me in touch with a local Realtor. He referred me to Karrie Grewal and assured me she was someone I could trust completely. This proved to be very true! Karrie Grewal is a very helpful, kind, and an experienced Realtor, and just what I needed to help me feel comfortable purchasing a home long distance. She also is married to a Realtor which is like having a team work for you! She went to every effort to make sure she understood what I was looking for in a new home. Even though I wasn't able to travel to my new home, until the actual move date, I felt very comfortable knowing that Karrie was looking out for my interests. Even if she was away, she made sure I had a contact who could answer any question, or check out a listing for me. Also, after my move into my new place, Karrie and her husband Paul, went the extra mile, welcoming me to my new home, and providing helpful information for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Karrie on your home purchase. She is an excellent Realtor and also part of a great team, Crush Real Estate!
