They were most willing to arrange to see our purchase a couple of times before we could move in. Lent us the moving truck for the extras. We chose Karrie to help us find our dream home during the COVID-19 pandemic after sending a few potential candidates a questionnaire of their experience in Penticton's real estate. We were moving from out of town into a hot market where properties were selling fast. Karrie was outstanding in keeping us updated on current conditions when we couldn't always be there ourselves. Karrie would walk us through each property using video conferencing and helped us pick out properties that could work for us. When we found the right property, Karrie walked us through professionally all the steps into getting a competitive bid that fit within our boundaries. We were all learning how to work within the pandemic and Penticton's hot market, so after each bid that wasn't successful, as a team, we revised our approach until we got the house we wanted (on our third offer). Throughout this process, Karrie and her team were very professional and went beyond what she had to get us the property of our dreams.
