With strict requirements and under a tight 1 month schedule, Karly was able an exceptional experience in every field. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for right away, adapted to new requirements. As a first-time homebuyer, she was able to find units that would help me get the neighborhood experience that would help me feel more comfortable with my decision. During our visits, she performed better than the other realtor every time. She is always trying to find helpful information on the units we are looking at, and was great at pointing out the pros and cons of each one. When it came time for an offer, she was able to get the exact price I wanted with low effort on my side. I do not have a cell phone, and she was happy to adapt and use a communication method that was convenient for me. She found units I was hesitant to visit which I ended up loving, and buying within the 1 month I set out. Her experience to be able to understand what I'm looking for better than myself was admirable. Highly recommend.
