Karli is fantastic at her work and helps you++ because she commits so much energy, research and intelligence to thinking about the details that you care about, even if they are unusual. She will climb down scary ladders and into holes, shovel snow, get into dusty places, climb into attics to help you find out what you need to know about a place. She listens carefully and cares about your specifics and is respectful about your budget. She looks up useful comparative information on every house topic to help you and she doesn't rush you in any way. The hardest working, most helpful agent I have worked with in 5 house moves.
