Kari has been very professional throughout the entire process, after me and my wife identified the right property for us, she did an amazing job explaining each step of the process (we are foreigner) and identifying the right strategy to make the winning offer. She has a lot of knowledge about the market and she has been transparent since day one. Available almost 24/7 to quickly answer our doubts, couldn't recommend her enough.

I used Kari for my relocation from Nanaimo to Penticton and couldn't be happier with the support provided. I was only able to come out to Penticton to view places for one weekend. Kari showed me several places, however after not being able to secure an offer, I put my sole trust into Kari to find what I needed and would want. She viewed a property on my behalf and after a video tour, I trusted her when she said "This is the one". And it was! Her professionalism and knowledge was incredible.
