When I first met Karin she made me feel at ease and important and she listened to what I had to say and what I wanted for my house and property. She was not negative at all when I told her what price I wanted when others were telling me I could not get that price for my house. She made choices with me and helped with any concerns that I had. In all she was the best choice for me and trust me I did speak with many realtors but I am very happy with Karin. She is the best.

We felt she worked hard to get us the best price we could. She had great connections to deal with all issues. I’d definitely use her again and would recommend her services.
