Karen consistently went above and beyond to make our first home-buying experience a great one. Everything from answering our silly questions to being available seemingly 24/7 to help us buy our first home. She provided excellent referrals for home inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer, designer etc. She truly cares about her clients. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home.

Karen is highly professional and provided great insight into the Calgary Condo Market & what we needed to do to get top dollar for our Investment property prior to listing. The Unit had been rented for 20 years and was tenanted at the time of listing. Karen was very knowledgeable about the pros/ cons of selling the Unit with/ without tenants, and was responsive and respectful of our Tenant's rights for all showings. While we faced a few obstacles with selling price, rejecting several offers, Karen was very understanding about our financial goals, and showed tenacity in finding us the right buyer for a mutually satisfactory transaction. I would highly recommend Karen!
