<p>Karen is simply a consummate agent, exceptional in every way. What I appreciate most is her ability to keep me calm in extremely emotional times. She does her homework, knows her facts, understands the market and is consistent in steering the course. She is available any time I need her no matter what! If Karen is dealing with with it I don't worry because I know it will be done right with my interests at heart. I bought my home with her and 13 years later I sold it through her. If that does not reflect her enduring presence in this profession, I don't know what does. She is so much more than an ultimate professional, she is warm, patient, caring and considerate...an exemplary example of what this industry's members should strive to be.
