Karen was very helpful with my purchase. She made a difficult situation with the selling agent not being very accessible way easier. I was in a different town than the house I was buying and Karen was so good keeping in contact with me and checking on the property to be sure work was being completed. Karen goes above to help make the process go smoothly. I would use Karen in the future.
