Karen first helped us to sell our home in the country with the great description and pictures. It sold with the first showing! Then she helped us with our search for a new home in the town of Creston. Karen made the whole process easy for us and has helped us every step of the way. Always had time to answer any questions we had.

Buying a house in a small town almost 800 km away from where we live can be pretty stressful, but thanks to Karen Goforth from Creston, BC, our experience was extremely pleasant. Karen very efficiently lined up five properties we picked and was prompt to meet us at the first one. It was our favored one from the five listings and after viewing we decided to forgo the other four and put an offer on it. Karen only took a short time to write the offer and we were able to leave the town in time to get on the long way home. She was very knowledgeable about local house market and was able to negotiate a nice price reduction. Just about a few days before the closing date we have learned that the sellers failed to comply with a very important requirement. Karen worked tirelessly with the selling agent to persuade the sellers to delay the closing date but keep the possession date. That way we didn’t have to alter our pretty much “set in the stone” moving plans. She is also an amazing source for recommending local tradespeople since we needed to do some renovations. So far we are very happy with her suggestions. It was a great pleasure working with her and we are looking forward to learning more from her about the beautiful town and valley we are so thrilled to own a house in.
