Kamran helped me find and buy my first home. He was an amazing agent throughout the entire process. He navigated through some extremely difficult market conditions and provided exceptional advice in terms of strategy/approach for finding the best home for me. The offer we made on my home was in multiple offers and his recommendations are the reason my offer was accepted. He is several steps ahead all the time and he is super knowledgeable about different types of property and the Edmonton market. Kamran provided exceptional service, was extremely responsive, and made the process fun. He is a genuine person and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in a heartbeat!

We started our house hunt process in late October when we were introduced to Kam. For some reason, I had this vision of fast-talking agent but we met Kam, this mild-mannered person who was we had to actually strain to hear. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel heard and made sure to provide the pros and cons of decision making. To put it easily, we hired him the same day and he helped us find the right homes and helped us determine what are the important things to keep in mind. His construction background came in handy as he was able to explain certain things and also helped us understand certain engineering and architectural limitations and features. You would trust this person to help you out and help he did :) I would recommend Kam to anyone looking for real estate advice and it is ideal to have him on your side for all kinds of reasons, not the least that you would have a good friend and a trusted advisor by your side.
