He proactively offered his expert opinion on construction issues and future resale issues as we want to showings. He was very punctual, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kalan Savill helped us with the sale of a mobile home during a stressful time, when we had to sell our sister’s home. He was wonderful with the whole process. The home sold in two weeks. Kalan keeps you informed about all issues and events. He has excellent negotiation skills, and is timely and accurate in all details. His advice was spot on. He was able to sell the mobile home within two weeks, fielding both a first, failed offer (no fault of his) and a successful sale immediately thereafter. I cannot recommend him more highly. I would use him again to buy or sell any real estate.
