Kalan helped make finding our home feel very easy and stress free. He was very accommodating to the changes we made when we first started looking for houses. He was always quick to respond to any sort of question that we had. His knowledge of the construction of houses helped us feel comfortable that we knew everything about each house we saw and what we would get or have to fix overtime. Kalan is actually the best realtor of all time. You won't go wrong choosing him. He is a wealth of knowledge about construction and the problems and issues that could affect your purchase down the line. He doesn't lie to get the sale. He also makes house hunting fun, and we looked forward to our showings. He is fair and honest and worked hard to find us our home.

He kept us updated on new listings on a regular basis. He was well organized and an excellent communicator (text, email, phone calls and in person).
