Kalan has helped us several times now. 9 years ago he helped us find a beautiful home in Stony Plain. 9 years later, he gained helped us sell our home in Stony Plain and find the acreage we’ve spent years looking for. He makes the process run so smooth with very little stress and he knows what to be looking for good/bad in a home. Would I recommend him, absolutely 100%. He won’t let you down.

Kalan Savill helped us with the sale of a mobile home during a stressful time, when we had to sell our sister’s home. He was wonderful with the whole process. The home sold in two weeks. Kalan keeps you informed about all issues and events. He has excellent negotiation skills, and is timely and accurate in all details. His advice was spot on. He was able to sell the mobile home within two weeks, fielding both a first, failed offer (no fault of his) and a successful sale immediately thereafter. I cannot recommend him more highly. I would use him again to buy or sell any real estate.

Kalan helped make finding our home feel very easy and stress free. He was very accommodating to the changes we made when we first started looking for houses. He was always quick to respond to any sort of question that we had. His knowledge of the construction of houses helped us feel comfortable that we knew everything about each house we saw and what we would get or have to fix overtime.
