Awesome experience all around. Would recommend to Justin to everyone who was looking to purchase or sell. He had no issues showing me new homes anytime he was asked. Kept me up to date on new listings I would like as well. Overall great job!!

Justin has now sold us two homes and assisted in the sale of one of those homes. He is extremely knowledgeable and quick to understand what you are looking for in your purchase. I don't know how anyone could be so amazing at their job. Justin spent probably 100 hours with me trying to find the right home. Every single step of the way he made me feel welcome and that he actually wanted to help me. I offered to purchase multiple homes and started to feel terrible for taking so much of his time, he was nothing but kind and open about everything, he made me feel welcome to call and ask for help through every step of the way. When we finally did find the right home I told him to accept a price much higher than he thought we could get it for and sure enough he was right! We got a rediculous deal on a place that I love. He knows his stuff inside out and backwards and has a kind and gentle demeanor that makes it so welcoming to go through the process. Anyone who ever thinks its a good idea to not hire a realtor must have no idea how much work they actually do for you. He helped me with finding a broker, a lawyer, offered help with inspection agent, offered help with a ton of other things. He spent time with me beyond what I ever thought it would take and did it with a smile. Thank you Justin!!
