Nous avons adoré Justin Chevrier comme agent immobilier. Il a su répondre à toutes nos questions très rapidement. Il avait toujours de bonnes suggestions à nous faire et il était toujours là pour nous aider et nous guider tout au long du processus. Justin nous a aidé à vendre notre maison et en acheter une autre. En ce qui concerne l’achat de notre nouvelle maison, Justin a démontré beaucoup de patientes et nous réservait des visites rapidement. De plus, il ajustait son horaire pour convenir à la nôtre. En ce qui concerne la vente de notre maison, Justin avait une stratégie à nous suggérer et nous avions 100% confiance en lui. Il était toujours très confiant. Notre maison a été vendue en 4 jours en haut de notre prix de demande. Tout a été fait très professionnellement et nous avons vécu très peu de stress et d’inquiétude. Je recommande fortement Justin Chevrier il est un excellent agent immobilier.

Justin helped us buy our new home in Orleans. Knowing how hot the market was at the time he really helped us close on the deal that had numerous offers. All the while we hadn’t even listed our townhouse yet. This was very stressful for us but Justin really helped us keep it together. He was right on it! He provided a professional photographer and the pictures looked amazing. Our townhouse sold within a week! Thank you Justin for all your help. You are very professional and knowledgeable and we will never forget that.

If you are looking for an AGENT, don’t hesitate to call Justin. During our journey in searching our dream house, he demonstrated all the qualities of a outstanding agent. He wants to know his clients and works hard to satisfy them even with very « picky » clients. I have never seen such an honest business man. If the house is overpriced, not good for you, he will tell you even if he is loosing his chance to be paid (if you are a buyer). Finally, the only statement that can represent him is « client centred approach ». Disclaimer: I am just a regular customer, a friend referred me to Justin. I am not a family member nor a relative not even a friend (except from now on).

Justin is very responsive and communicative. He is honest and open - allows you to make a very educated decision and he makes sure you get exactly what you want. He gives you all the facts about the house - along with comparatives around the neighbourhood and also other neighbourhoods if you are looking into more than one neighbourhood. He is also not afraid to negotiate for you - so it was never a stressful situation on our end because he kept us in the loop even when we were just waiting for a response from the other side. Even after our purchase, he kept in touch to make sure everything went well.

As First Time Homebuyers, we were anxious because the whole process seemed so complicated. Justin was there to answer all of our questions at any time and day and provided us with all the details we don't usually find when you are looking to purchase a house. This allowed us to be more confident and excited about one of the biggest investment of our lives. We appreciated his professional and bilingual service as well as his easy going personality!  

We showed up wanting to start our home search and not having seen much. We had a price point, a yard size and family house in mind. He let us lead the house search (which we wanted to do) and helped us by getting the details and information just right since we lacked in that area. He went to great lengths to help us on the pricing of the house and make everything work for us. It was a quick and painless experience filled with only excitement! A year after we moved in an issue arose and when we called him for help, he was quick to jump on and assist us as best as he could.
