Jaxon Jurome acted as our real estate agent on the purchase of a house in Kettle Valley Kelowna BC in 2022. We moved from the Lower Mainland Vancouver to Kelowna with some knowledge of Kelowna but limited knowledge of the housing market. Jaxon listened to our wish list of things we wanted in a house and showed many appropriate listings. When we came across the house we eventually moved into Jaxon took time to ask us direct questions to ensure we felt that we were making a good decision; and yes we made an excellent decision as we have experienced over the last three years and we attribute our decision in part to how Jaxon assisted us through the purchasing process. What stands out for me about Jaxon is his professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication of facts in the purchasing of real estate. This translates into trust; we felt we could trust Jaxon and what he had to say in our purchasing decision. We would certainly ask Jaxon to assist us again in any real estate transaction.

Jaxon helped us as first time home buyers to close on a condo that was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful neighbourhood. We hadn't initially planned to work with Jaxon but we inquired on a property for which he was representing the seller but he responded to our questions so thoroughly and expertly that we decided to work with him. We would unequivocally recommend working with Jaxon as a first time home buyer (FTHB), he was very thorough and extremely helpful at explaining the processes and what we could expect as FTHB's. At every step of the way, in viewings, in reviewing documents we had unwavering confidence that Jaxon was doing what was in our best interests and was quick to provide insights on the externalities of properties, like future developments, that would impact livability or valuation. He also was on the ball to keep our documents orderly and meeting all our document deadlines well in time. Ultimately, Jaxon was able to support us to be confident to pursue the property that was perfect for our criteria and he was able to maximize our leverage at the time to be able to make a deal below listed and assessed valuation. Not only are we happy with the condo we bought in the month we've had possession, we are overwhelmingly confident that we got great value for our price.
