This is my second time working with Julio, he understands exactly what i wanted each time and helped me deciding considering factors of risk that i didn't know. We went to many options to visit and he was very patient and on time for each of those. Definitely the fact that he also speaks Spanish helps to people like me to understand full and clear everything. His website is pretty easy to use in case you want to look outside of the initial desired area/budget.
