We were selling our parents home. She understood it was an emotional time for us. She was excellent at guiding us through the process. She was very honest with the property and what was the best way to prepare it for sale. We were able to communicate the type of buyer we were hoping to attract. And she was able to advertise and attract that type of buyer. She was perfect at choosing a price point as we had several offers in a short period of time. When we were dealing with the various offers Julie would help us keep the information straight so we could easily eliminate the offers one by one. In the end we had no second guesses with the choice we made. Julie worked very hard at keeping us informed to what was going on with prospective buyers. It didn't matter if it was evenings or weekends she was there for us communicating as needed. Even after the property was sold and firm she would send us a message or remind us to make sure we had this appointment and so on. I would use Julie again if I was in the market for buying or selling.

Julie is an absolutely wonderful person to work with! She spent two years (!) helping us navigate an insane housing market and never made us feel pressured to offer more than we were comfortable with when trying for houses. She was always happy to answer questions and fun/knowledgeable to look at houses with. When we would get discouraged from unsuccessful offers she was always there to support and help us stay positive. We eventually had a successful offer because she encouraged us to view a place we otherwise were going to pass up! She truly got to know our tastes and needs and we probably would have given up on buying a house ages ago without her support.

Julie was very accommodating for us. We were moving from two hours away and she done the inspection the day before closing and sent us pictures. Much appreciated.
