I bought my first home in West Kelowna through Julie in November 2013 and she sold it for me in 2014. She helped me buy another one privately which she then sold in 2015. It wasn't until 2017 that she helped me with my first purchase in Penticton. That home she sold in 2020 and found me another one back in West Kelowna. In September 2021, another sale through Julie. After that I bought and sold privately another home near Keremeos but she still gave me advice. Now Julie is finalizing my most recent purchase back in Penticton. She is not just the only realtor that I trust implicitly, she has also become a very dear friend. If you want a realtor who knows the market, who is a fantastic negotiator whether for a purchaser or buyer, you won't find anyone who will work harder for you.

Julie brought the sale of our home to fruition this year! It was an incredibly difficult market with few sales and even fewer buyers, but she did it with knowledge, expertise, grace and a smile on her face. She was a wonderful agent to work with and I would highly recommend her and her team!

This time the marketplace was different, but Julie, once again, demonstrated her expert handling of the sale process from beginning to end. She was very diligent in doing market research, creating a video overview of the property, helping with listing and viewing, and sharing with me all communications in a timely manner. She provided excellent suggestions and attended to details, including cleanliness and presentation of the property and itemizing inventories, etc. She was prompt in providing information on potential buyers and has always respected my opinions in our discussions, which took place via email or by telephone. When it came to signing contracts, the multiway communication by email was again an easy process with guidance from Julie. The property was sold within my anticipated timeframe. I highly recommend working with Julie for a pleasant and stress-free real estate transaction.
