Julie has helped me buy 2 properties and sell one throughout 2018 - 2023. She was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable regarding the area I was buying and selling in. Julie was extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable with the buying and selling prices. She helped me understand the realistic prices and even helped me get more then I expected. One transaction in particular was a little more rocky then the others (due to issues with the buyers agent) and she handled herself on my behalf very professional, at the same time standing her ground and fighting for what we believed was fair. Julie went above and beyond her real estate agent obligations, helping me in so many other ways along the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell! I will definitely be using her services again in the future!!

Julie was amazing to work with. I needed to sell my home in order to buy in another province. Despite giving very short notice, I was able to leave the keys with Julie and rest assured that the matter was in good hands. Within 48 hours, she got to the house, made some last minute touch-ups, took pictures (and organized the professional photographer), got all the documents in order, and listed the house. Despite the distance, she kept me informed throughout the process and got the house sold within a few days at a surprisingly good price. Julie has an incredible amount of knowledge concerning the market and has a great personality for working with people.
