Julie came to us after a rough go with another realtor from another company. She gave us her undivided attention, showing us over 30 homes in jam packed evenings (accommodating our schedule) on little to no notice! She listened to our discussions while we toured homes and picked up on our wish list in ways we had not actually discussed with her and brought homes to us that truly fit in with what we were looking for. There was a situation with one home that had us pretty upset but through this Julie maintained her positive attitude and kept us informed on houses as they were available. We genuinely can not thank Julie enough for her help and are so happy with the way things turned out in the end!

<p>I find Julie is very knowledgeable, trust worthy and dependable. She has never made me feel that I am wasting her time and that no question is silly. Julie also offers you her input on different properties. Julie taught us to figure what was truly important to us when purchasing a property. Example: does your new home purchase need a garage or not? Telling your realtor what items you will not live without is very helpful when Julie is trying to find the right property for you.</p>

<p>We have used Julie's services multiple times. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to family and friends.</p>
