In 2015, Julie acted as our selling agent. The level of service we received at that time was exceptional. Julie did an incredible amount of homework prior to us listing, we sold quickly and got our price! She clearly understands the market. This past summer we relocated back to Regina. There was no question as to who we would choose to assist us with the purchase of our next home. The level of service was, again, exceptional. Julie, again, did her homework. She listened very carefully during our conversations over the phone. Things we didn't even recall discussing were retained by her to help narrow the search. Julie knows the questions to ask. She regularly sent us listings based on our "must have" and "like to have" criteria and was open to checking out others we found online. Her patience during this portion of the search was important as we waffled on what we were looking for. We arrived in Regina and had one week to find our house and make a deal. Julie was extremely organized. She showed us listings and didn't waste our time showing us poor options. In fact, the house we purchased was on the list for day one. As we walked through the houses, there were many to choose from, Julie listened carefully to our conversations and comments. She provided us with a clear, impartial voice of reason without imparting her opinion or swaying our decisions, which kept us on track and narrowed down the list. After the second day and many viewings, rather than information overload, Julie made it easy to sort through and pick our number one and two options. We even had a good third option! We didn't feel like we were rushed or settling for a "good enough" choice. The remainder of the week was left for closing the deal and getting the remaining details taken care of. Julie is connected in the community. Upon request, she recommended a couple of options for home inspection services. We were confident that she would only recommend someone who met her high standards and the contractor did. We have relocated several times due to work. Buying a home is a stressful time. We can't say enough about how important Julie's role in this process was. She has been a Superstar for us both times we had her represent us, the sale in 2015 and the purchase this past summer. She listened, took the time to know what we needed and kept us on track. We got the house we needed and, more importantly, the house we wanted! Thank you Julie!
