Julia was a great agent to buy a home thru and to sell my own home as well. She was a professional and dedicated real estate agent who explained the process well and the next steps all along the way, Julia has a great team who work along side her to help a person get ready to sell their home, My purchase of a new home went well, and my house was able to be on the market quickly, presenting well. Julia was considerate, excited to show my house and worked well with the other realtors who had clients that wished to show my home. She also had an open house, where many people came to view my home and she kept me updated when there were people interested in placing an offer. Within 5 days my house sold and I could move on to getting ready to move to my new home. Julia was excited to sell my home for me, ran a great and aggressive presentation and showing of my home, making the public aware that my home was available to be considered as an option on the market. I am so grateful for all she has done for me and my family, to make selling my home go so smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much Julia. You amaze me!!!
