Julia is exceptional! She listened carefully to our needs and worked to help us meet them. We were super impressed with her knowledge of the market and her honesty. She is smart and very capable and her enthusiasm is infectious! Even though she is very busy (for obvious reasons!), we always felt like we were her number one priority. If you're buying, or selling, a house then Julia is the real estate agent for you. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, reliable and literally ALWAYS available to answer any and all questions, she is incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely one of the nicest people we have met since moving to Canada. That's is, until she needs to fight to get you the best deal she can, then she is a powerhouse of a realtor who will stop at nothing to get her clients what they deserve.
