Julia goes above and beyond for her clients. We come from out of province, looking to settle in Calgary and she really took the time to inform us of what neighbourhoods would suit our needs, took us to all the homes that we were curious about, walked us through all the steps, and provided all the resources we needed to make an informed decision on our home. We weren't able to move out to Calgary right away and she took the extra step to check in on our home every once in a while which we're extremely grateful for. By the time we moved out here, Julia had kept our new home in good shape and we were able to settle in easily. We're so thankful for Julia's help from beginning to even after the end of the transaction. We highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a new home in Calgary!
