Julia walked me through the entire selling process making the entire transaction a breeze, and most glad with her recommendation to wait out the weekend open house showing vice taking the 1st offer, even though it was slightly over asking. And then even with a sticky buyer's request for a last minute minor repair and then follow-on refusal to payout the agreed upon utility bill, the experience was a delight.
