If I could rate her higher than 5 I would. She helped us with the very stressful process of finding a new home and meeting the conditions. When we were losing bids, she worked to see where the gaps were. Judy is also very good at catching potential problems and issues and highlighting areas of concern when looking at a home so you know exactly what you are getting into. She also did a walkaround of our current place and helped identify areas that would need repair to help with a sale. I'll be using her to sell our current home.
