Without prejudice. In my opinion WORST agent I have ever had to deal with! did not even step foot in our house to show it until we finally talked her into having an agents caravan through the house! Oh and she did show her parents what a great listing she got and left dead flowers and the toilet seats up!!!!!!! Left the same persons card sitting on the counter 2 days in a row (so they knew they were the only one there!!!!). Did not bring a single client to show the house. Negotiation skills - MINUS 10!!!!! we actually ended up with multiple bids and her negotiation strategy was to ask the other agent, if they could up their bid by a "smidge"!!!!!!!! while I am yelling in the background - tell your client to put their best foot forward!!!!!!!! My only regret is that I didn't post this earlier to try and save more people from her!
