This is a relatively long and touching story. After various investigations in 2021, our couple decided to retire and come to Kelowna. We were lucky to meet Joanna and JP by chance and were moved by their meticulous and professional services. Joanna is proficient in Chinese They are bilingual in English, which is very beneficial to our communication. They are very familiar with Kelowna's environment, house sales and house rental market. After many remote house inspections, we bought a satisfactory house. When we couldn't move here immediately, she helped us rent out smoothly. Unfortunately during that time my wife had a knee injury and couldn't climb stairs, so she had to live in a flat. So we have to sell this house and buy another bungalow. We are retired and don’t want to be burdened with loan debts. However, the sharp rise in loan interest rates has led to a downturn in the housing market. Amazing services were provided by JP, most of the time, he answered my questions within few seconds. He provided professional advices, he would tell me the pros and cons about those properties. After that, he would let me think without pushing me. He was able to know what kind of property I might like. I think he should probably be the best realtor in Okanagan area. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell their property.
