Josh has very poor communication skills, he was a yes man until I went to review work that his “team” had done. His team being one man and his children. Way under quoted job, never finished, wanted paid for work he could not show. Con. I had him acting as a property manager at first, until the house was ready for sale. He collected quite a few months rent, he never sent any of the rent money for the mortgage. Asked him to have the house salable gave him extra time, he was unable to complete anything asked of him. Would not use unreliable as a property manager and real estate agent, shouldn’t have a license.

<p>Josh has represented a number of my mortgage clients over the years and they like him. We have also used Josh for a number of our own sales transactions since 2014.</p>
