Josh was a delight to work with. He is very patient and helpful. We are relocating to the area from Vancouver. So to go the extra mile, Josh would go to the various properties and take video for us as he did the walk through. This allowed us to review more properties without the need to drive up each time. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for. Not only that, the long completion date suits us perfectly as we needed to sell our property in the Lower Mainland. Relocating long distance can present some interesting challenges. It was nice to have Josh helping to mitigate some of these.
