This will be the 3rd property he's been in charge of for us. Great guy, drove an hour each way every time we needed him.

Josh was a delight to work with. He is very patient and helpful. We are relocating to the area from Vancouver. So to go the extra mile, Josh would go to the various properties and take video for us as he did the walk through. This allowed us to review more properties without the need to drive up each time. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for. Not only that, the long completion date suits us perfectly as we needed to sell our property in the Lower Mainland. Relocating long distance can present some interesting challenges. It was nice to have Josh helping to mitigate some of these.

Josh was very helpful! We are new to the area, so he drove us around and talked about the areas while showing us different properties. He communicated well and was timely with his responses to our questions. He new the processes well and was efficient with the paperwork! I would use him again!
