I loved working with Josh for three reasons, he was knowledgeable, effective and easy going. He had an in depth knowledge of the areas and properties I was looking to purchase and was not afraid to put in extra research and supply supplemental information that I required to make an informed decision. He was effective in putting in offers using multiple different negotiation tactics tailored to each specific seller. This made our offers both competitive and appealing. He is NOT your typical pushy salesman/woman. Throughout the whole experience I never felt pressured or pushed to make any decisions I wasn’t 100% confident in. However, when it came to Josh dealing with the selling agents he was assertive, effective, and fierce when digging for property info and putting in offers. This left me feeling not only comfortable as a buyer but confident I was getting the best deal possible.
