My wife and I recently bought a home, and I must say that was it not for Jose-Ann, the entire process would not have been as seemless as it was. This was our first time purchasing a house ever, and needless to say there were a few uncertainties and of course a lot of questions. Jose-Ann was very clear with us, took the time to answer and ensure that our every concerns were addressed. She also took the time to educate us on the process. Very exceptional service from Jose-Ann. From start till finish, she has been with us every step of the way. I 1000% recommend her if you’re ever in the Edmonton area and looking to purchase a house.

Good experience overall considering I was not a local client. She made sure showings were scheduled and allocated her time for me. She answered all of my questions. Punctuality could be improved and easily rectified. On several occasions, I waited longer than I liked to. She's honest and knowledgeable.
