Days after we met with Jose-Ann (the agent) she explained to us the entire home buying process and went over the paperwork with us. This was very educational and helped us understand what to expect. The agent was professional, communicative and patient with us. She was available both on the phone and for last minute showings. The agent even rescheduled appointments when we needed her urgently. The agent was honest with us about everything we asked and gained our trust quickly. She was on top of communicating with seller agents, lawyers, inspectors which saved us time and helped keep us on track. At viewings the agent brought in information on house history, comparable house sale history and other relavant information. The only thing lacking in the agent's service was specfic information about neighborhoods (growth potential, resale potential etc). There also a few things about properties like type of pipes etc that we only found out when we specifically asked. However, agent was very prompt when we asked her to find out. I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone needing a real estate agent in Edmonton area. I would also also want to work with Jose-Ann in future.
