Jory Cole helped my husband and me fulfill a long-time dream of buying property on Vancouver Island. As Americans, we found it challenging to figure out what was actually available for us to purchase (given the foreign buyer ban), and Jory did a superb job of helping us figure that out. He helped us determine our options so that we could quickly narrow our search to that handful of properties that fit the bill. In very short order, he found us the condo of our dreams and helped us make an offer. Jory then got to work on connecting us up with everyone else whose help we needed, from attorney to accountant, to insurance agent, and rental property manager. He even helped us find out if we could have permission to install a heat pump and arranged for a plumber to give us an estimate on the work ahead of time. The whole process could have been extremely stressful, but Jory's upbeat attitude and reassuring manner made it quite enjoyable instead. He was never too busy to answer our calls and texts and always did so in very good humor, and we couldn't have been happier with how things turned out in the end.
