She listened, observed and carefully noted our needs and preferences and kept the focus on the big picture whenever I got stuck in the weeds. She knew the neighbourhoods well in Courtenay and Campbell River which was critical because we were new to town. She was aware of bylaws and amenities and access points important to us and diligently found out anything she couldn’t answer immediately. Her approach is open and honest with a fierce attention to details. She’s a born real estate agent, the perfect balance of personable and professional!
