My wife and I have worked with Jordan on 3 separate occasions with the first and second being our condo purchase and then 4 years later our condo sale in the Yonge and Finch area of Willowdale. Our initial purchase/sale went absolutely fantastic with Jordan helping to secure the condo at a reasonable price and then selling it for maximum profit when we outgrew the location. We knew that we needed to upgrade so my wife and I started to look out in Durham region where we fell in love with a home in Courtice, ON.
