Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with at every single step of the buying/selling process. He was patient with us as we navigated the long process of finding the perfect home for our family, and did a tremendous job of setting us up with a terrific situation in selling our own. Jordan was supportive in going above and beyond what I think most agents would be expected to do. We genuinely believe it would have not been the same positive outcome without his tireless efforts and expert knowledge of the properties, market and process.

Jordan has helped our family and friends on several buy and sell transactions over the years, from Toronto to Peterborough and in between. He has always been incredibly knowledgeable on all fronts, including buying, selling, market conditions & strategies, pricing, houses, raw land, construction, renovations, etc. He is incredibly patient, resourceful, easy going and makes the process fun and enjoyable, especially in tough market conditions. Our search was longer than most due to our specific location and land requirements but Jordan was always quick to drop everything and show us a house or property when one popped up. We never felt like we were an inconvenience. For the last 5 years he has been our go to agent for all family and friends and nothing but praise from everyone. Thanks for everything. Jordan helped my boyfriend and I find our first home and he was outstanding to work with! I cannot think of any way he could have possibly given us a better experience. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, but he was patient and answered everything thoroughly. He even answered questions we didn’t know we had! We would walk in to houses and have no idea what signs to look for but he’d point everything out for us - he’d tell us pros and cons, he’d give us resources, he’d even given us his own suggestions for designs and layouts. What we also really appreciated was how transparent he was, he is very trustworthy. He didn’t just stop his services or responding as quick when we bought our house, he followed up. When we were looking for help with renovations he shared his contacts with us. He also told us about great government programs we could look into. If we’re ever in the housing market again, I wouldn’t consider going to any other Realtor

Jordan helped us sell our old house for over asking and buy our new house in a very tough "Sellers Market" when everything was selling in 3 days or less. He is easy to work with, very responsive to emails and provided practical advice for buying and selling. I would recommend Jordan Matchett without reservation.
