Very professional and fantastic guy to work with! Always strived to do his best and worked his hardest to help us in every way possible! Wasn't the easiest sale but Jordan kept us in full contact as soon as he heard anything, always keeping in close contact with us, making sure we were as happy/ content as could be.

Jordan helped my boyfriend and I find our first home and he was outstanding to work with! I cannot think of any way he could have possibly given us a better experience. As first time home buyers, we had a zillion questions, but he was patient and answered everything thoroughly. He even answered questions we didn’t know we had! We would walk in to houses and have no idea what signs to look for but he’d point everything out for us - he’d tell us pros and cons, he’d give us resources, he’d even given us his own suggestions for designs and layouts. What we also really appreciated was how transparent he was, he is very trustworthy. He didn’t just stop his services or responding as quick when we bought our house, he followed up. When we were looking for help with renovations he shared his contacts with us. He also told us about great government programs we could look into. If we’re ever in the housing market again, I wouldn’t consider going to any other Realtor.

Jordan was an amazing agent from the very beginning. We were not first-time homebuyers, but the market has changed wildly from when we bought our first home 10 years ago, and Jordan helped us navigate the processes of buying and selling with ease. His knowledge of the areas we were buying in, and then selling in, was so extensive and so helpful, and his easygoing personality really helped when things were stressful. We asked a LOT of questions and Jordan was always happy to answer them. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property!

Recently, we purchased a home in Courtice with the help of Jordan as our realtor! We love our new place and can't be more grateful for all the support he provided in the last few months with house viewings, giving us great tips as homeowners and his patience in making sure his clients find the right place. Jordan was also our realtor a few years ago when we first purchased our condo. Every time we reached out to him, he was always consistent in responding back to his clients with professional advice. Buying a property can be daunting and thankfully Jordan was there to help us along every step of the way.
