Yes, all of the above! I would recommend Jordan in an instant -- he's very knowledgeable as well as being personable and friendly. He not only got us a much better price than we expected on the house we were selling, he brought down the asking price on the condo we bought! (He was also very patient in waiting until we were ready to sell, giving us useful advice along the way.)
