When I was looking to sell my home, but unsure of its current value or state of the Housing Market, I turned to a professional Realtor in Jordan Hunt to help aid me through this process. If “being prepared” was a person, well it would be him. Jordan had every comparable home to mine that was up for sale/recently sold, readily available for our meeting and walked me through a valuation of my residence compared to those similar in my area. He brought a wealth of knowledge, showing the many deciding factors of how he valued my property compared to others on the market. What I loved was the honesty and transparency in how he explained things to me and how he was able to give me a sound and concrete number to which he would list my home at. I asked about doing certain renovations/upgrades and with his expertise he guided me into what would not make a “quick sale” for him, but instead what would bring me the client the most value. With both the selling of my old house and purchasing of my new one, Jordan alleviated all the stress in this ordeal, by not working for me but instead with me, until all my goals for real estate were succeeded at the highest standards.

We bought our first home and we are so grateful to have done it with Jordan. We were new to buying, and Jordan was there through the whole process, giving us much-needed context and explanation. We were looking for a good home but were on a tight budget, and we saw quite a few duds before we found the house we managed to buy. Jordan was professional, and knowledgeable and made sure that we knew when a house we might be looking at was a lemon - he wanted us to get the right house, not just any house. He also kept our spirits up when we put offers in on houses that ended up being substantially outbid, and always made sure we knew there was a new house right around the corner that was meant to be. So all in all, we are very grateful, and absolutely would go to him first if we ever needed to buy or sell again.
