This is the second property I’ve bought through Jordan. Both times, he was very prompt and to the point, helping me set realistic expectations. He came to every meeting prepared with anything I could want to know (which as someone with very little knowledge of real estate, I appreciated). The recent purchase came with a lot of hiccups (further down the line, from the sellers side) and Jordan was extremely supportive and fought to make sure I was taken care of.
