Jon is very efficient, flexible and knowledgeable on quick sale tactics. He listened to my requests and preferences and was accommodating. Followed safe Covid-19 protocols.

We did three real estate transactions with Jon Hull within a year (sold two, bought one house) and were very happy with each one. Jon was realistic and positive, which is a great combination in a challenging market (Covid-19). He helped us think through several situations that were not easy to decide in, without influencing us directly. He listened and learned who we are and communicated and negotiated for us accordingly. Jon took on the sale of our house in a difficult period (COVID-19). We greatly appreciated his patience and understanding of our need, he work with us and ensured that we were properly informed of the market situation and ensure we get the maximum to reflected the value of our home, we valued his insight, he was not in for the lowball, quick sale but the appropriate value of the house that we would be comfortable with. We receive feedback after each visit that give us a better understanding on how to improve the value of the house (preparation). Jon was a pleasure to deal with for the sale of our townhouse. I appreciated that although it wasn't a high-priced property, he still gave it ample time and attention, and got me more than I expected during negotiations. I noticed that the purchasers' realtor had a lot of respect for him during the transaction which I think speaks volumes to Jon's professionalism and reputation in the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone requiring a realtor.
