Jonathan made the experience of selling my home as easy and as stress free as possible. He accurately valued my house from the start and when we received an early low ball offer he helped me to weight my options and make my own decision. Ultimately my home ended up selling for much more than the initial offer so I was very happy with his advice and glad I didn't jump on the first buyer that showed interest. I am now looking for my next home and will be using Jonathan as my realtor for that purchase and will do so again in the future.
