Great realtor. Not pushy at all. He let me go at my own pace and always informed me of updates on properties we visited (ie. whether it was sold, other offers, and changes). Easy to communicate with and get in touch with. Prior to closing, he was extremely helpful getting any documents needed that was requested from Bank and lawyers to avoid delays. Jon also reached out to property management to ensure my utilities were set up correctly. Recommend Jon as realtor to anyone buying a new property or selling!

My son was looking for a condo/apartment in downtown Toronto area close to the university for his study and was running out of time but fortunately we found Jon and he helped us and provided us with the kind of information we need to pick a right choice since we are not from Toronto and have little/no experience in looking for a place in the downtown area and the housing market in Toronto. We picked the one we preferred and got it. It could be a very painful experience looking for a place to live in a mega city like Toronto if not Jon, he really did an excellent job.

From managing the listing details, photos, viewings to reviewing applications and offers from potential tenants, Jon managed everything seamlessly for which was key given we live out of town and aren’t able to manage a lot of the small details ourselves.
